This is the best wedding dress experience I have ever had. I live in Dallas, TX. I went to several dress shops there with poor service and overly expensive dresses. My mom suggested I come to Cypress, TX to look. I had a full list of places to visit and it happened that Kaitlyns Bridal was the first on my list. When I walked into the boutique I had full one-on-one service. I felt welcomed. Nadria is amazing. I never felt pressured and when I told her what I wanted she made sure to show me dresses that fit my needs and wants.
When I purchased my dress there were some alterations that were needed. Nadria was on top of it. Anytime I asked her a question she was responsive and pleasant, I told her I got sick and she checked on me to see just how my health was. I mean I have never seen this level of service. I found the dress of my dream. Nadria made me want to give her more money and I did. I bought my accessories and veil from her.
She was always ready to take a picture of me and she was welcoming to my guest. I would give her more stars if I could. If you like sparkle she has it and her dress prices can not be beat. My dress looks like something that came from a magazine. I am very pleased with my choice to buy my gown from Kaitlyns Bridal.
